Because today is a slow day around the world of EA, we'll look at some of the great songs played around the country.
-In Chicago, they love their "Go Cubs Go" after each game. And while it really isn't a mainstream hit they love singing whether the white flag with the "W" is going up or the Blue with the "L."
-Boston loves to sing period. During the eighth inning they sing Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline." Singing Sweet Caroline is somewhat of a new tradition for Red Sox Nation. It was started within the last decade when an employee with in the organization gave birth to a girl named Caroline, the person in charge of playing music decided to pay tribute to the birth by playing Sweet Caroline and ever since it has become a tradition that an over-served Red Sox nation sloshes and slurs through "So Good, So Good, So Good." And if that wasn't enough, after the game they swing into the Tribute to the Charles River known as "Love that Dirty Water"
-In Green Bay, we've already discussed that with each Lambeau Leap there is "Bang the Drum all Day."
-Kansas City has tried to start their own song tradition as they sing Wilbert Harrison's "Kansas City" after the seventh inning stretch at Royals Games. Across the way at One Arrowhead Drive they play Gary Glitter's "Hey Song."
